REPORTING A STREET LIGHT THAT IS OUT:

If you are on Liberty Utilities for electric services, and you have a City Street Light out in your neighborhood, you can report it by calling the Liberty Utilities Customer Service number at 800-206-2300 (Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 7 pm). Press #1 and then #2 and wait to speak with an operator. This department is closed on the weekend and during holidays.

TO REPORT THE STREET LIGHT: You will want to get the pole number off of the Electric pole, or you will want to use the street address and/or intersection closest to the pole.
